If not..  To date.... A number of players are guilty of ball tampering. This occurred during the test match against South Africa.
The Captain (Steve Smith), Vice Captain (David Warner) and player Cameron Bancroft have received substantial penalties.
Smith and Warner... complete ban for 1 year. Bancroft for 9 months.
The reason for the harsh penalties is that was a pre-conceived plan to tamper with the ball.
