Some how I've picked up a cold form somebody, feel lousy taking some tabs, Runny nose sore throat, and blocked sinuses they're the worst.

It's still cold for the time of the year I have just put the central heating back on to take the chill off

It takes about six weeks to get rid of the cough bud and it comes back when you have a mouthful of tea or water or food you spray everybody within six feet of you
